The staff provided helpful tips and assistance.
My stay at Hostal Dragonflybcn came with several unfortunate surprises. The absence of a lift made lugging my baggage up to the fourth floor a challenge, and the shared bathroom situation was less than ideal with the shower and sink right next to the bed. Additionally, noise from thin walls and the hallway made it hard to catch any sleep, quickly turning my stay into a restless experience.

The comfy air-conditioning was a lifesaver, though the thin walls got annoying.

Can't recommend highly enough for a holiday
Comfortable room, friendly staff, conveniently located. the cozy atmosphere made it easy to relax after a day of exploring, and the air conditioning kept the space refreshingly cool during my stay while being just a 5-minute walk from public transportation.
Nothing to complain about at all.

This place was just a smart choice for a getaway in Barcelona with great value for the money. I appreciated the friendly staff who provided great tips on local attractions and made my trip more enjoyable. Be prepared for some noise from the street, especially if you're a light sleeper.

what a shocker! the air conditioning worked decent enough, but not having a glass in the room? my room had a lukewarm shower, and i also expected a complimentary gesture for enduring the 'luxury' of shared amenities. such a letdown, i almost gave a decent review, but just couldn’t let this slide.

Good water pressure in the shower made moments under hot water enjoyable. The location had several nearby cafes.
Overpriced for the experience, with a small room lacking adequate space to open larger luggage. Toilet was cramped, and had a discolored seat with a lingering chemical smell. Overall maintenance seemed lacking, with corroded drains, and the beds were shaky due to loose planks. Sound insulation left much to be desired—thin walls made for an audible experience of neighbors.

The culinary scene around this place is phenomenal! Just steps away, you can dig into fresh delights at Crocante, where their pastries are to die for. Plus, Angel was incredibly accommodating, making our stay feel special. Super comfy beds were a nice touch, too!
As others have said, the walls here are very thin, so you'll hear your neighbors' late-night chats. The hallway light also had a mind of its own, flickering like a party! I just stuffed a blanket by the door, and all was good.

I stayed in a Twin Room for 4 nights, and the air-conditioning worked really well, which was a lifesaver in the heat. Loved the blackout curtains—they helped me sleep like a rock! The room itself was comfy, and the staff even helped me with my luggage up to the 4th floor. A nice touch for a late-night arrival. Just wish the bathroom situation was a bit more private!

The place was super cozy, and I really loved the comfy air-conditioning and the blackout curtains that helped me sleep like a baby! I enjoyed a relaxing dip in the hot tub and had a great time at the sauna to unwind. Just a heads up, the shower was a bit cramped, but it didn’t put a damper on my stay at all! 😊

Great spot for runners!
I was in Barcelona for a semi-marathon and this place was super close to the start line. The staff were super friendly and even gave me some cool tips for sightseeing. The only thing was the street outside was a bit tricky to walk through, but it was still in a nice area with cafes. Loved my stay!
